Below are a list of questions we are frequently asked by our clients. If you have any questions that aren't answered below then please feel free to Contact Us and we will endeavour to answer them.

Question: How long will the photographer be at my house?

Answer: A session will last for at least 2 hours.

Question: How do I make payments?

Answer: Payments can be made by: Cash, Debit/Credit card or by cheque (Note that only after the funds have cleared before the pictures can be delivered)

Question: Is my booking fee refundable?

Answer: The booking fee is non-refundable, if a session is cancelled by the customer less than five days before the shoot date.

Question: Can I reschedule a prior appointment?

Answer: Yes, an appointment can be rescheduled only three times within 6 months from the initial booking date, But Homepictures must be notified not less than 5 working days before the shoot date.

Question: Do you do wedding pictures?

Answer: Yes we do weddings. We also do pre or post wedding portraits of the couple, either individually or together. These pictures can be used for Wedding invitation cards, Calendars and Souvenirs.

Question: Can I order additional portraits later and will it cost the same?

Answer: You can order additional portraits up to 3 months after the initial session, and the fees will be slightly lesser, because the duties of a photographer will be exempted.

Question: Can I get my pictures without frames?

Answer: Strongly recommending against this, we reserve the right to do so. We take pride in our work and would strive to give it the best presentation possible.
